Eric Balkanski

Speaker Bio

Eric is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Columbia University, affiliated with the Data Science Institute. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University where he was advised by Yaron Singer. His research interests include combinatorial optimization, algorithm design, mechanism design, and machine learning.
